Are you an experienced Administrator looking to further develop your career with a leading provider of Health and Safety, Construction Safety and training services throughout the region?
We have an exciting opportunity to join part of a dedicated administrative team where your role will involve providing high-level support to Health and Safety Consultants, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from our offices on the outskirts of Boston (where there is free parking). We are seeking a team player with a proven track record in a professional office setting, ready to contribute to our mission of excellence in safety and training services.
Personal specification – Administrator:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to communicate and interact with staff and clients at all levels and work under pressure while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to prioritise work
- A ‘can do attitude’ to support with document production and uploading to our website
- Ability to work independently as well as under direction to identify and resolve problems
- Flexible approach with the ability to respond to changing demands and take on additional responsibilities as required
- Extremely personable with ability to work within a small team
Key responsibilities – Administrator:
- Carrying out all traditional administrative duties within an office environment
- Assisting the consultants in scheduling appointments and preparation of jobsheets
- Being the first point of call to existing and potential customers via telephone or email
- Producing training documentation
- Maintaining the website
- Producing customer quotations
