Are you an experienced Administrator seeking a dynamic role within a well-established agricultural firm?  We are currently seeking a dedicated, efficient Administrator to support the Accounts Department (accounts experience not required) and play a pivotal role in their operations.

Key Administrator responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
  • Scan and digitize documents accurately, maintaining a comprehensive electronic filing system.
  • Create and update customer and supplier accounts on our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Liaise with third-party hauliers to obtain weight ticket information, facilitating smooth logistical operations.
  • Provide essential support to the Accounts Department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

Personal specification Administrator:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using office software 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
