The e-Factor Group is a not-for-profit business services group and multi-dimensional business model located within the East-Midlands Lincolnshire area. The group is comprised of e-Factor Business, e-Factor Properties and The Business Hive, a membership business club with strong intentions of driving Lincolnshire’s economy and businesses within the local area. The e-Factor Group are known throughout the East-Midlands for their specialist qualities and expertise as business consultants, assisting a wide range of emerging entrepreneurs and local business owners in achieving much sought-after success! The e-Factor team have provided support for over 2000 local businesses, sourced hundreds of thousands of pounds in Business funding, provided accommodation for 150 local businesses and helped many local firms to create over 2,500 new jobs!
Early this spring in March 2019, e-Factor Group were looking to recruit four Business Advisors and a Contract Administrator to join their ever-growing business, as part of a project that rolls out business support within various professional sectors. Hoping for an easy process and to reach out beyond their existing base of contacts, e-Factor were looking for a coordinated approach and affordable, fixed fees that could easily be assessed throughout the recruitment process by members of their team. Asking Root2 Recruit to present a proposal and provide a demo of their services, it wasn’t long until Root2 Recruit were chosen out of a mix of competitive agencies to jump on board for a one-off project and begin to lead e-Factor’s recruitment process! Root2 Recruit’s Account Manager Lydnsey Padley wanted to get a strong idea of what and who it was e-Factor were looking to recruit, so Lydnsey ventured on over to their Grimsby base to meet with the team. Using a powerful combination of advertisement, research and online resources to source relevant candidates best suited to the advertised roles, the perfect applicants were found almost immediately, with Lydnsey’s careful management and e-Factor’s prompt responses to singling out successful candidates they wished to interview. With a carefully thought out process and a dedicated Account Manager to guide the process and arrange interviews, Root2 Recruit were able to ensure the recruitment process was cost-efficient and well-managed, ticking all the boxes as per requested by e-Factor themselves!
