Executive Assistant/Senior Administrator



c£30k (£25k – £30k DOE) 

08:30 – 16:30 hours, Mon – Fri (Office based)

The successful PA / Administrator will be responsible for overseeing Administration for the company, which creates software and provides consultancy to schools across the UK.

This is a genuine opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven Executive Assistant/PA to progress to join the senior management of the company and contribute to their development and future success.

Personal attributes PA/Senior Administrator:

  • Aptitude for learning and organising.
  • Previous experience working as a PA/Senior Administrator.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience taking minutes of meetings would be a positive but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work under direction where necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills would be a positive but not essential.
  • Smartly presented.

Key Responsibilities PA/Senior Administrator:

  • Answer phone calls, screen incoming calls, make outgoing phone calls.
  • Diary and task management.
  • Arrange meetings, telephone meetings and small events.
  • Email inbox management (triage/check/draft/send emails).
  • General administration (including taking minutes of meetings).
  • Update and manage contact lists / CRM.
