Executive Assistant – Land & Property Consultancy

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded consultancy within the rural and property sector is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a team of fee earners and consultants.
This is a key role within a busy professional services environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling consultants to focus on delivering high-quality client work across rural, land, and property disciplines.
The role is ideal for candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Administrator, Office Manager, or Business Support Coordinator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, meetings, and client communications
- Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system (Sage CRM)
- Supporting time recording and fee tracking
- Assisting with general office and administrative processes
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with experience in roles such as EA, PA, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, Office Coordinator, or Team Assistant.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in an EA / PA / administrative support role
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Comfortable working with systems and databases
- A proactive team player with a professional approach
Experience in property, rural consultancy, surveying, legal, or professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
